RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We have a “no questions asked” 3-day Return, Refund & Exchange policy for our products. We will gladly accept any merchandise that is unused, unwashed and with original tags if any, within 3 days from date of receiving the merchandize. However, the company’s policy regarding return, refund and exchange is:

Returns

A merchandise is considered “returned” when a customer refuse to accept and pay for merchandise he/ she ordered from www.altimateoutdoors.pk, and  dispatched back the same via courier’s return channel to Altimate Outdoors unopened and fully intact COD Flyer/ Box marked as “Returned” or “Refused” by courier service.

Refund

A merchandise will only be considered for “refund” if sent back and received by Altimate Outdoors within 3 days from date of receiving the merchandize.

A merchandise will only be considered for “refund” if it is unused, unwashed and with original tags, if any.

The amount of merchandise will be refunded within 24-48 hours after being received back at Altimate Outdoors.

Refunds will only occur through bank transfer for which customers need to provide their Bank Account Title and International Bank Account Number (IBAN).

Courier charges of any sort including but not limited to Cash on Delivery, will not be refunded. Hence, the amount refunded for any merchandise will only represent principal amount less courier and/or Cash on Delivery Charges.

Replacement

A merchandise will only be considered for “replacement” if Altimate Outdoors or any of its authorized personnel is being contacted and intimated about replacement of merchandize within 3 days from the date of receiving by the customer.

A merchandise will only be considered for “replacement” if it is unused, unwashed and with original tags, if any.

Replacement Option # 1

Customers may send merchandize to the official address of Altimate Outdoors via any courier service of their choice after intimating Altimate Outdoors or any of its authorized personnel in due time.

Once the merchandize is received at Altimate Outdoors, the stock shall go through inspection for the availability of replacement article. Prior to that, no commitment shall commence for replacement.

Once the replacement article is confirmed at warehouse, only then shall replacement process commence at Altimate Outdoors. The customer shall only pay courier charges equal to the amount incurred the first time customer received merchandize (for which he/she needs replacement).

Replacement Option # 2

Once query for replacement received and replacement article available at warehouse, Altimate Outdoors can initiate replacement process upon customer’s consent.

The customer needs to hold the article. Our courier service will ensure delivery of replacement article and shall receive the article from customer that has been replaced.

In such a case, customer shall pay a flat amount of PKR.500/- for entire process including but not limited to picking, handling and shipping of the replacement article. Hence, the amount in this case shall only represent courier charges.

If your requested replacement item(s) are out of stock, the principal amount of merchandise less courier charges, will automatically be refunded and/ or adjusted in another merchandize at the will of customer.

Items on Sale & Pre-Owned Items

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy does not apply to any item that is on sale and that represent any sort of “Sales Promotion(s)” and Price Cut at any given time of the year. 

Similarly, Retrun, Refund & Exchange Policy does not apply to any item that is listed as “Used or Pre-owned” on the website.  

Precautions

Make sure to dispatch merchandise at a time that can ensure its arrival at Altimate Outdoors within the prescribed time under company’s policy.

Make sure to use any trackable courier service and keep tracking number for your merchandise handy for ready reference, in case you want to ship the articles through any courier of your choice.

Make sure to attach customer invoice while sending back your merchandise for refund or exchange.

Make sure to mark customer invoice as “exchange” and possibly exchange item’s name, size, color and quantity.
